Magizh Handicrafts was founded by V. Ganapathy, a seasoned professional whose career spans some of the world's most respected companies. Over the years, he worked across the BPO and technology industries, supporting global brands including British Telecom, Symantec technical support, eBay, and PayPal.

Those years in customer service and technology taught him two things above all: the value of genuine quality, and the importance of treating every customer with care and respect. After building a successful corporate career, V. Ganapathy felt a strong pull towards his roots and a desire to preserve and promote the traditional crafts of India.
